I spent years in recruiting and HR consulting — work that was, at its core, about listening carefully and understanding what people needed before they could fully name it. Those instincts didn’t leave when I made the turn toward flowers. They just found a better home.

I’m Anne, the designer behind Flow + Form. I came to this work after a long détour through “practical” — the kind of path you take when you’ve been taught that creative pursuits are for your free time, not your livelihood. Unlearning that has been its own education.

I’m based in Los Angeles, and I work with couples, creatives, and brands who want something that feels genuinely considered. Every project is mine from the first conversation to the last stem.

In my spare time, I love traveling with my wife and son, and of course, finding all the best gardens along the way.
